About Me

Hello, I'm Kendra McDowell-Uptain licensed massage therapist of 3 years and counting. I provide mobile massage services to the Selah and Yakima community.

I believe strongly in the therapeutic value of touch and it is my goal to help others with my knowledge and application of massage.

I offer both table and chair massage services that I provide in-home or office to my clients. 

The modalities I perform are Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, and cupping therapy. I also implement stretching and range of motion techniques along with other techniques into my work. Each session is customized to fit the needs of my client based on a brief consultation.
